Camp Wolverton Patches
From the collection of Frank Glick

1950 This year of felt patches is the regular 3-inches diameter. There are gold, white, and blue patches, all with canvas backing. There are a few varieties of the 1950 patches that are not shown here.  The varieties consist of differences in the neck jags and the mouth smile lines.  Perhaps the easiest way to identify a 1950 patch is by process of elimination - if it is not a patch from one of the other un-dated felt years, then it has to be from 1950.

1951 The 1951 patches are different in that there is no dimple on the bear's cheek. The patches are the regular 3-inches diameter, and they are heavily flocked. There are gold, white, and blue patches, all with canvas backing.
